This is the day I was dreading, our last day in Disney World before our flight home later. It’s the day the cases are all packed up and we have to leave our room by 11am, and the day the Magical Express isn’t so magical after all.

Last time we spent the final hours by the pool as there are changing facilities at Caribbean Beach Resort, so it doesn’t matter that we don’t have the room available to us to shower and change in, but Miss A didn’t want to swim today as we all decided to go to Magic Kingdom for one final time.
I had tentatively booked some Fastpasses for the morning in case we did go, but by the time the bus had picked us up and then visited very other bus stop at the resort, it looked like we would miss our slot for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. It was the slowest bus journey to Magic Kingdom, but I expect it just felt like that because we knew we had limited time available to us.

We still had time to make our Fast Pass for Tomorrowland Speedway and after being a passenger with Miss A earlier in the week, I decided to let her drive with her Dad and have a car to myself. We then hopped over to Monsters Inc Laugh Floor as we also didn’t get to do that earlier in the week when it broke down.
Coming back out by the castle, we realised it was time for the Move It Shake It Dance Party, the one parade that we hadn’t seen yet in Magic Kingdom. Miss A loves dancing so she was in her element dancing with the characters and dancers in the street. Her moves caught the eye of one of the cast members which she was really pleased about.
It was a really hot day today so we decided to do the sensible thing and go back to the resort to have lunch before getting our bags sorted for the airport. It was a good opportunity to collect the last few pressed pennies on the way out.
I was really pleased we took the time to visit Magic Kingdom one last time as I got some great photos of Miss A and her Dad walking hand in hand down Main Street. Memories last forever don’t they.

Until Next time Disney World.
