Stormalong Bay at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts

Probably the most popular and sought after swimming pool at Walt Disney World is Stormalong Bay. This is a three-acre waster oasis strictly for guests staying at Disney’s Beach Club and Disney’s Yacht Club resorts.

It’s no wonder guests love this pool as it’s the only swimming pool on Disney property with a lazy river. The theming continues with a sandy bottom, shipwreck and a water slide. It’s almost like being in your own mini water park at Walt Disney World.

If you’re staying at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, then you’ll be treated to a zero entry level pool. There are also amazing views over the savanna, so you can even look out for the animals whilst you enjoy your swim.

The Coronado Springs resort pool has a Mayan ruins theme with a 50-foot pyramid in the centre. You’ll see water streaming down the stone steps in the middle of the pyramid and there’s also a 123-foot long waterslide to enjoy as well.

If relaxing in a hot tub is your thing, then you may be interested to know that Disney’s Corondao Springs resort has the largest hot tub on Disney property with rooms for 22 guests. The Dig Site also has seasonal poolside activities and a white sand volleyball court.

Ol’ Man Island pool is based around a swimmin’ and fishin’ hole. You gain access to the pool via wooden bridges. Why not also enjoy the 95 foot long waterslide that’s been built into the millworks.

You’ll also find a large serpent slide, plenty of alligators playing their musical instruments and spraying water into the pool.

The main pool at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge is Copper Creek Springs pool. Offering a 67-foot water slide which has been built into rocks. There are also hot and cold whirlpool spas surrounded by nature.


Riviera Resort Pools

The newest pools at Walt Disney World are at Disney’s Riviera Resort. These two Mediterranean themed pools offer plenty of sun umbrellas and an interactive water play area. The S’il Vous Play splash pool features Fantasia characters.


Beach Pool At Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa

If you’re staying at this amazing Disney World monorail resort, then you can also enjoy the huge pool overlooking Seven Seas Lagoon. Imagine yourself at the beach with cascading waterfalls and zero-depth entry.

If you’re not swimming, then there is a great walking bridge where you can enjoy amazing views and spot family members going down the slide.
