There are many ways you can travel to Disney Springs using Disney transport as well as taking your own vehicle. If you’re staying at Port Orleans French Quarter, Riverside or Disney’s Old Key West then you can also take the boat down Sassagoula river.
Raglan Road Irish Pub And Restaurant
Located at The Landing, Raglan Road opens at 10am. You can enjoy a weekend brunch which includes menu options including the Full Irish breakfast, or the Stars & Scrumpet breakfast.
There are also plenty of breakfast and brunch menu options for kids too, so they’re not left out by any means. These options include pancakes, bacon and eggs and plenty of fruit and even some ice cream.
Raglan Road offers a full Irish pub experience with live music and entertainment through the day.
Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill
If you want a late Disney Springs breakfast then Wolfgang Puck opens at 11am. The brunch menu includes a breakfast pizza with eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and tabasco cream. Or perhaps sweet corn pancakes or smashed avocado toast.

Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’

Starbucks
There are two Starbucks locations at Disney Springs. One at Disney Springs Marketplace and the other at West Side. The American bakery opens at 9am and is a convenient place to grab a quick service breakfast at Disney Springs.
Hot breakfast items include the chicken sausage and bacon biscuit, sausage, cheddar and egg sandwich and the spicy chorizo, Monterey Jack and egg sandwich.
You can also select pastries, bagels, croissants, scones and cookies, for those convenient snacks on the go.
Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew
This donut shop in Disney Springs has plenty of tempting breakfast treats. Why not have a warm handmade donut and a cold brew to start your day before hitting the theme parks.
How does the maple double bacon donut sound? Or the Cinnamon toast crunch donut? Want sprinkles? That’s OK there are also donuts with sprinkles too. Whilst you’re ordering, you can enjoy looking into the show kitchen and watch the magic happen.
City Works Eatery & Pour House
If you’re looking to eat at Disney Springs late morning then check out City Works Eatery & Pour House. The sports bar opens at 11am for brunch. Why not enjoy a breakfast sandwich or steak and eggs.
Menu items include the Love Me Two Times. This includes 2 eggs any style, 2 hardwood-smoked thick-cut Bacon strips, 2 breakfast sausage links, toasted Challah bread and cheesy potato casserole.
Or the Sweet Child O Mine includes stuffed Brioche French toast, Bailey’s cream cheese, vanilla bean ice cream batter, mixed berry compote and powdered sugar.
Earl Of Sandwich
Breakfast at Earl Of Sandwich is available between 9am and 10.30am. There are breakfast sandwiches including the breakfast BLT or ham and Swiss. Perhaps you’d like a breakfast bowl.
The Sausage breakfast bowl includes scrambled eggs, sausage, roasted potatoes, red peppers, red onions, Roma tomatoes, cheddar cheese and sour cream.
Earl Of Sandwich is a great quick service location any time of the day as well as visiting for breakfast.
Wine Bar George
