The Screamer is a high speed water ride. Go through 40 metres of slide in under 5 seconds. This is a high-speed water ride that is not for the faint-hearted! Infinity has funky laser lights dance to the music as you slide around the bowl before plunging into the pool below.

The Wave

Rides at The Wave include the Crestar which involves flashing lights and giant spheres. The Cascade is an enclosed water tunnel ride taking you through bright colourful sections.
The rapids will throw you uphill before you come back down again, around corners and through tunnels.
Feeling brave? Try the Torrent. The floor will disappear beneath you as you shoot down to the ground level. When it’s time for a bit of relaxation, hop into the lazy river and float around enjoying the bubbles and jets.

The waterpark at Alton Towers has indoor and outdoor areas and is open all year round. Why not combine your visit with an overnight stay at the theme park, perhaps in one of the stargazing pods. At Christmas time, you can also enjoy a unique santa sleepover experience.
You can enjoy lazy rivers, crazy cannons, and the adrenaline Master Blaster coaster that has high speeds. There are also interactive play areas, water slides and the Bubbly Wubbly outside pool. Don’t forget about the Flash Floods flume ride if you dare!
