There are three courses to this Beauty and the Beast themed dinner menu. Let’s begin with an appetizer of French Onion Soup. For the entree, you’ll be enjoying a cheese souffle, before finishing your meal with the Grey Stuff.
The perfect drink recipe to accompany your meal is also included. A rose petal sangria, which can be made with or without wine.

French Onion Soup Ingredients
The ingredients for your French Onion soup include onions, extra virgin olive oil, butter, sugar, salt, garlic and beef stock. You’ll also include white wine, bay leaves, thyme, pepper and Gruyere cheese.

Rose Petal Sangria Ingredients
To make the rose petal Sangria, you’ll need a bottle of rose wine, rose petal syrup, elder flower liqueur, mint leaves, sugar and lemon juice.
Cheese Souffle Ingredients
You’ll need butter, flour, milk, eggs, Gruyere cheese, salt Dijon mustard, nutmeg, cream of tartare and breadcrumbs to make the cheese souffle for your Beauty and the Beast inspired meal.
The Grey Stuff Recipe
To make a version of The Grey Stuff, you’ll need vanilla pudding mix, milk, Oreos, cool whip, chocolate pudding mix and white pearl candy sprinkles.
