Strawberry Picking Cambridgeshire

The pyo strawberries should be ready just in time for the Summer in 2024. The strawberry experience begins late Spring with activities including a golden strawberry hunt to the ‘Farm Barn’ complete with farm animals. There’s also a sand pit, hay mountain and mini games.

At Shute Fruit in Devon, strawberries are available for picking from mid July. The pyo farm requests you take your own containers to reduce plastic waste which will be weighed before you start picking.

A popular place for strawberry picking in Dorset is at Cat and Fiddle Farm PYO. There are plenty of strawberries to be picked during the Summer months.
The PYO farm also has a farm shop if you’d like to purchase other seasonal fruit and vegetables, as well as a cafe and children’s play area. During the Summer months, there are also lots of beautiful sunflowers to see.

The strawberry picking season lasts between June and July at Lectenbury Farm in Wareham. Collect your fruit basket from the barn shop on your way to the strawberry fields.
There are boards to tell you the best rows to choose your strawberries from. A whole basket of strawberries costs approximately £6 when weighed in.

Maynards Fruit farm is one of the longest established fruit farms in the UK. The farm is open every day between Spring to Autumn for picking, with the strawberries being at their best from June.

The PYO fields are open between late May and October. One of the most popular fruits to pick are the table top strawberries. They are grown on raised platforms so that the strawberries are easy to pick and there’s no slugs, bugs or mud!

Strawberry Picking Hampshire

You can pick your own strawberries at Goodalls between May and July. When the site opens in May, the strawberries are poly tunnels. This is perfect even on rainy days as you can still enjoy the PYO experience on rainy days in Hampshire.

Strawberries are available for picking between June and August, and are open every day apart from Mondays. There’s plenty of free parking available, and there’s also a 20% pensioner discount on a Tuesday afternoon.

The popular strawberry tunnels will be open on selected weekends during the summer. It’s one of the largest pyo sites in the area and has plenty going on.

There are PYO strawberries in the poly tunnels and also outside at AG Meale & Sons farm in Norfolk. The poly tunnel strawberries tend to be ready earlier than the ones outside.
