Festive breaks and Santa sleepovers – It’s all happening in 2024. With multiple places to visit Santa in the UK near Christmas, why not enjoy Christmas breaks with kids to include an experience.
This is a way to make it even more special with a sleepover with Santa or festive break. These experiences are popular and get booked up quickly. Whilst the cost can be quite high, the look on children’s faces and the experience is often worth the money.

Alton Towers Santa Sleepover
A theme park sleepover at Alton Towers resort would be a great festive experience. You can enjoy an overnight stay in one of the themed hotels at Alton Towers with your Santa sleepover. During dates in November and December, the theme park is closed except for ticket holders to the event.
The ticket price includes entry into the theme park with a selection of family rides. Enjoy a visit to Santa’s woodland grotto, and the Christmas market.
When it’s dark, why not visit the garden’s light walk and see the twinkling lights before enjoying a festive evening meal and entertainment.
Before leaving the following day, breakfast is included, a round of crazy golf as well as entry into the Caribbean themed waterpark.

Warwick Castle Santa Sleepover

Enjoy a magical overnight stay at Warwick Castle. There’s plenty to keep the whole family busy from a seasonal scavenger hunt to a Winter bird of prey show.
At night you can enjoy a festive sleepover in one of the cosy wooden lodges. There is Christmas themed entertainment on offer provided by the resident knights.
The elves will wake you in the morning with their sleigh bells as they visit your lodge and deliver a gift for the children. Don’t forget to spend some time with Santa and Mrs Claus as they tell special stories.
The ticket price includes a two day entry to Warwick Castle, breakfast, car parking and free WIFI as well as the activities stated above.
Chessington World Of Adventures Festive Breaks
Enjoy the chance to meet Father Christmas in his grotto before access to the Winters Tail event with lots of festive family fun. You’ll also have access to the Zoo and SEA LIFE Centre.
