It didn’t take long for the dog walking excitement to wear off with Miss A. It was time to reinvent the passion for getting out in the fresh air.
I actually got phrases such as “Is it my turn yet?”, “This is great fun” on our walk today. I did nearly get taken out though as they both started running and I was in front. Thankfully I braced myself in time as the lead wrapped its way around my legs!
Lola was very well behaved for Miss A which I was pleased about, as it means that now I can hand over the lead when we’re out and about without worrying that Lola will bolt if she sees something exciting.
I have warned Miss A though that if Lola goes she must let go, as I don’t want dislocated limbs.
She was rewarded with a quick trip to the park where she spent her time practising cartwheels instead of playing on the equipment.
