The Ozeri Serafino Double Wall thermal glasses will do just that for you. With a double glass layer, they look attractive to the eye as it appears that the drink is almost floating from the base of the glass. The first time I picked up my drink, I was shocked at how light they were. I was expecting something a lot heavier based on the fact they are double walled, it really was amazing. I’ll admit to checking to see if they were actually glass, but they are.
The range of double walled thermal glasses come in a few designs. These are the Serafino and retail between £24.99 to £34.99 for four glasses, which puts them in a price bracket that I wouldn’t normally shop in for glasses. Moving past the price and onto the design, functionality and quality, they are well worth the price tag.
I was a little dubious about making a hot drink in a glass product, but I was surprised at how cool the glass was to hold whilst I drank my coffee from it. It was also nice to be able to drink a chilled drink straight from the fridge and not get cold hands as I was holding the glass.
Each glass holds an 8oz drink, the same amount as your average medium tumbler. They are safe to use in the microwave, freezer and dishwasher. We did notice when washing the glasses up, that they sort of float because of the double wall design. This isn’t a bad thing, you just wont be able to soak them very easily in the washing up bowl.
If you’re looking for a funky design in your glasses, great functionality, or a lovely gift then I would recommend these glasses. Overall I have been very impressed with the Ozeri range of products in general. We have tested the frying pan and bathroom scales in the past.
