Miss A know what she wants when it comes to new clothes, and our tastes are often quite different. As she has gotten older she has been choosing her own clothes rather than me picking out what I think is best. Recently however when Boohoo Kids got in touch to see if we wanted to try their new range of clothes, Miss A was away on a sleepover so I thought I would try my luck and see if I could pick for her.
The one thing we were about to go out shopping for anyway was a new coat so I looked through the selection and chose one for her. I know given the choice Miss A wouldn’t have chosen the above coat, however when it arrived and she put it on, she realised how warm and cosy it was and loves every part of it now.
There is some great detailing on the coat such as the belt which really draws in the waist when the zip is done up. The hood also detaches with a zip rather than buttons or poppers which means it’s a very secure hood. I ordered this coat in age 12 and it’s not too big on a 9 year old Miss A. I like to order big in coats anyway as there are often more layers worn underneath. I was warned by a friend that the sizing at Boohoo Kids is a little on the smaller side, so I was prepared for this and am pleased with the sizing option I chose.
The other piece of clothing I chose for Miss A was this t-shirt. It’s very apt for her with the slogan “Trouble Maker”. Whilst the material on this t-shirt is a little on the thin side, Miss A had adopted this t-shirt as part of her dance wear as she loves the way it falls and moves when she is dancing. Again I ordered in a size 12.
I have been really pleased with my ordering choices from Boohoo Kids. With free returns, even if you order too small you will have no trouble changing them over.
