If any of you have read my weight loss journey, you’ll know that my weight goes up and down like a yo-yo. I am, like a lot of the female population always willing to try something new, and hope it will be the right product / diet / exercise for me.
Recently I have been trying out the Fitbug Air which is a device much like a pedometer that you can wear to track your steps. Only the Fitbug air goes a little beyond just tracking steps.
Q. What does the Fitbug Air do?
A. The Fitbug Air will track your steps and sync to an online activity coach to give you support and tips to help you achieve your goals.
Q. Is the Fitbug easy to set up?
A. There are simple instructions to set up your Fitbug when you take it out of the box. I did struggle with managing to sync my data from the Fitbug to my online account, but a few tweets later to Fitbug and we sorted that out. I think the instructions could be tweaked slightly to explain this area better.
Q. Does the Fitbug accurately track steps?
A. In my experience, all the steps are consistent, and I don’t see big jumps in the numbers or freezing so it doesn’t update.
Q. Are you seeing results?
A. I am learning what my daily activities give me in terms of steps, which is helping me to understand how active I am (or not as the case may be).
