A few months ago I was introduced to Pinterest, and I didn’t really get the point of it to start with. Then one day, I was looking for some craft ideas and the world of Pinterest exploded before my eyes and it all made sense.
I got loads of ideas when I was looking for Hello Kitty party theme ideas for 6yo this year. It’s been great for showcasing my own blog posts, and also for wasting those hours dreaming of all the lovely items I would like to own. It’s been really useful for looking for ideas for junk modelling, ideas for 6yo to complete her home learning each week.
There’s not a lot that Pinterest can’t tell you if you’re willing to take a look, but before you sign up if you haven’t already, I really should give you the health warnings that don’t currently come with Pinterest but really should.
- YOU WILL WANT TO SPEND MONEY ON ITEMS YOU DREAM ABOUT
- YOU WILL LOSE HOURS OF YOUR DAY
- YOU WILL DISCOVER THINGS YOU NEVER DREAMED OF DISCOVERING
- YOU WILL LEARN MANY NEW AND WONDERFUL THINGS (but may forget to cook the kids tea)
