Apples are everywhere at the moment, and if you’re lucky enough to know anyone with an apple tree, then no doubt you’ll be inundated with offers to use up those fallers as they are coming off the trees. There is only so much apple crumble you can eat, as delicious as it is, so instead of cooking off all those apples and storing them in the freezer, how about trying out some of these ideas for baking with apples.
