If you have a little girl like I do, then fashion accessories are oh so very important even at six years old. Whilst she cannot quite tell the time properly, a watch is a great accessory, and when you’re lucky enough to receive a watch that has even more accessories in the box, then it really is a great day.

That’s what I was told when we received this cute Hello Kitty watch set from Peers Hardy. In very glittery fashion, included are a watch, purse and necklace all in a very glittery pink design.

I chose this watch for 6yo because of the clear face and numbers. So many watches don’t have all the numbers, and I think this is an important feature for children when telling the time, as it makes it easier for them to gauge where the hands are pointing.

The watch has a nice solid wrist strap which stays on 6yo’s wrist very well. I think she was more excited to start with the put the necklace on. A simple charm on a cord, but it compliments the whole set very well, and adds to the appeal and the gift giving factor.

Last but not least is the purse. I love the feel of this purse, it has a shiny surface, but the glitter really sets it off. It’s a good size, and I pointed out to 6yo that she could in fact use it to store her watch and necklace when she wasn’t wearing them, but she prefers to put money in it.

This is a lovely gift set that would be perfect for a Christmas present for a little girl. It’s both useful and pretty in one, and carries a reasonable price tag of £19.99.

Disclosure – we received a watch gift set free of charge but opinions are our own

I don’t have kids of my own but I work with kids & also have nephews etc to buy for. A Furby Boom seems to be quite popular at the moment!
I’d love to win this for my friends daughter as she loves Hello Kitty! :)
